Who we are
This website is run by [registered company name] ("SFT", "we", "us"), trading as Startup Founders Toolkit, registered in England and Wales under company number [number]. Our address is 4th Floor, Park Gate, Preston Road, Brighton, BN1 8AF. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us about privacy at [email protected].
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, company, phone number, message, and whether you opted in to marketing emails.
- Waitlist: your email address.
- Spam protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical information about your browser and connection to check that a real person is submitting the form.
How and why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
- To tell you when the toolkit launches (waitlist) and, if you ticked the box on the contact form, to send occasional marketing emails. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We use these service providers to run the website:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, form storage and spam protection.
- Resend — delivering form notifications to our inbox.
- [Any email marketing or CRM tool you add later.]
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
[e.g. Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. Waitlist and marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.]
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set strictly necessary cookies to protect our forms from spam.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to how we use it, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
